Hi Filipa,

Thanks for your post.

You can query a transaction on your account either by sending a message on 365 Online Service Desk and the "Ask a Question" option, or by calling BOI Direct on 0818 365 365 or +35314044000. This number is available 8am to midnight Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm on weekends.
