Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

I attempted to withdraw money from my current account yesterday using my debit card but after the PIN and amount was entered a message appeared on the screen saying the transaction was cancelled because of a machine fault and the card was returned.

I tried it again for a different amount and got the same message and now when I look at my transactions on 365 online the two ATM withdrawal amounts have been debited from my account but only one of the amounts was refunded on the credit side.

Can you please advise what steps I need to take in order to retrieve the second amount?

    Thanks.

    Hi beeduybe,

Thanks for contacting us on Boards.

This can readjust back to your account within five working days. If this second failed withdrawal does not adjust back for you within this time frame, please send your query through the 365 Online Service Desk and the Ask a Question option. A representative will be happy to check this and request the refund of the amount.

    Thanks,
    Sarah
