    I got EIR tv phone and broadband on the 27th of January, EIR changed my landline number and I've been trying to get it back. I know a number of cases have been raised but all I get is "theres a backlog".
    It's been nine weeks now and I still have no idea when or if i'll get it back. I'm not very impressed. Some people have had to write to me to contact me from abroad. Third world or what?
