Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,
I have recently had a food intolerance test (blood from pin prick on finger) completed and it came back with several foods. Some of these surprised me but allot of the foods i would have recently eaten. I was wondering if they gave strong results as i had ate the foods recently. Any thoughts on this welcome. The main aim of doing this is to kick start weight loss.
    thanks

IgG testing is, basically, bollox. If this is what you got, ignore it and go talk to a real doctor.

It will show results for foods you recently ate, amongst other stuff. Its junk science but its cheap to do.

To "kickstart weight loss" you need to reduce your calorie intake, simple.
Are there particular issues you're having which leads you to believe you might have an intolerance of some sort?
