PTSB Transfer Reciepts

    Hi,
    Today I made an online bank transfer from my PTSB current account to a car dealership and they are requesting a transfer receipt. Where can I get this on open24? thanks

    To be honest OP, by the time you go back to them with it, it'll be in their account (assuming it's an Irish dealer).

    It takes a day for the transfer.

    For a transfer abroad, I find with PTSB it'll take 36-48 hours tops, depending on what time you sent it.

    Sounds like the dealer isn't on online backing yet?

    If you're really that stuck, can you take a screenshot of your current account page to show them the money in the out column?
