Online transfers between accounts not supported

    I have two BoI current accounts (one in Northern Ireland and the other in the Republic of Ireland). I also have two credit cards (again, one in each part of Ireland).

    I am unable to transfer money between the accounts online:
    - When I open the list of payees, my own accounts are not listed
    - If I try to add my own account as a payee an error message is generated.

    Please tell me what I can do to resolve this problem

    Hi Richard, 

    Thanks for contacting us here on Boards. 

    You can make this transfer to your Euro account by adding the account as an international payee on your Northern Ireland account. The cut off time for transfers on 365 Online from your Northern Ireland account is 4.30pm on a working day. 

    Just to mention when making an international transfer from your Northern Ireland account, you will need to make it through the website as the International transfer facility is not available through the mobile or tablet app. You may be aware when adding a new payee, you will receive a payee activation code to your registered mobile which allows you to activate the payee immediately and then make the transfer to this payee.
