Rat problem

    Hi all
I have an ongoing problem with rats coming and going in my attic - mainly coming now and they have got into the roof space. The attic is a small crawl space so very inaccessible and impossible to seal up possible entry points. Found a rat run but because I disturbed it doesn't seem to use it any more. Moved to another part of the attic now. Any recommendations on course of action or good pest control companies in Dublin 8 area?
    Thanks
    ftc

How are they accessing from outside ??
If I were you I'd be setting traps at ground level and focus on catching them before they get into the house.

I've blocked up all known holes at ground level. Think they are getting in through neighbours attic - I live in a terrace and there has been a problem for years apparently.

You may have a bigger issue with the roof space failing the fire regs

Would neighbours not have an issue too ? Always wondered who is responsible when there is a dividing walls on both sides ?
