75% possession in the first half and Foster with nothing to do.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,474 ✭✭✭deadybai

No creativity at all this season. And no width either. Terrible in the first half

I switched to Astro Supersport, Paul Parker and Steve McMahon doing half time punditry. Parker not impressed with Young constantly checking back and then crossing it in for WBA's defenders to head away.

It's appalling stuff to be honest

    Brutal so far today.

I hope it't not one of those games in terms of finishing.

    That was brilliant.

Tbh I don't think we've been brutal at all. Playing against a wall of players is tough and we're probing them.

Chance for Fellani. Probably our best player so far

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,351 ✭✭✭✭y0ssar1an22

getting closer at least. alot brighter than the 1st half

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 31,954 ✭✭✭✭Mars Bar

How does the ref miss that?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 17,388 ✭✭✭✭Jayop

The ref has gave them so many small decisions. It's breaking up our momentum.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 17,388 ✭✭✭✭Jayop

    Ffs Carrick. Another simple pass.

Lingard has been a real pest for WBA to deal with today.

I get that it's a valid way of playing, but the commentators commending West Brom on their game plan and execution is annoying. I am genuinely sick of watching games like this. So boring.

Is the game on any channel? Domestic or otherwise?

It's not like Jose isn't a master of that type of play himself

I've seen him do it once this season.

But even still, I am allowed to be sick of watching this in every United game, barring against the top 4/5. Yes I'm salty, but it's a valid observation

whatever channel i'm watching, the commentator keeps calling rojo roko. very annoyoing

Stupid sub, should have taken off Carrick and pushed forward

Listened to most of this on Today FM on the car radio on the way down the country.

Mark Lawrenson is the most miserable, pessimistic commentator. Some of his contributions were as bad as "Meh", "Bleah", and "Ugh". Makes a bad game even worse.

Im not just talking about United. I applaud that United have actually played some decent stuff (sometimes it hasnt worked out of course).

But Jose has parked many a bus himself so there is nothing to complain about.

If Pulis was up against a team who parked the bus I'd say the same

United should still have enough to take this though

Hard to believe dropping a ball between 2 players is still a part of the rules today. It's ridiculous!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,351 ✭✭✭✭y0ssar1an22

red card please. already warned while on a yellow

Mental that people were saying Zlatan is holding he team back. He looks like the only person likely to score consistently in our team.

Rashford and Martial have both been very poor today and wasteful with the ball.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 17,388 ✭✭✭✭Jayop

    1 minute extra time likely.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 33,709 ✭✭✭✭Cantona's Collars

Spurs score a second, we are struggling while those above us are pulling away.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,351 ✭✭✭✭y0ssar1an22

so many players slow it down. some 1 touch passes please.

This is as bad as a loss really.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 17,388 ✭✭✭✭Jayop

Mike Dean is an absolute waste of space.

Especially with so much of the ball to create next to nothing. Very bad

Did they say 8 draws out of 15 home games?

Europa League or bust now for top 4.

What is the point of West Brom in this league?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 17,388 ✭✭✭✭Jayop

Ah it's depressing how often this is happening. With about half an hour to go you just know that this is what is going to happen.

To take points off us and give them to our rivals. Simple.

Half an hour to go? I called it with a half an hour in to the game!
