cassette rivet faiure

has anyone else experienced rivet failure in a 11 speed dura ace cassette?
was out today and lost all resistance in the back wheel and thought the carbon spider arms had gone but when i took it apart later it was rivet failure?
is this common? they went it the second biggest block of cogs at the back.

Yeah, has happened to me. Trying to get warranty on it as its a known issue in early 9000 cassettes.

Later cassettes have been redesigned with a second bolt.

Well known problem on the 9000 cassette alright.Google it to see its all over the cycling website's.

Thanks for the feedback. Has anyone dealt with shimano directly on this as mine was off a second hand bike so I have no come back with the retailer?
