Looking for ideas on were best to train in the south eàst. Would like to try mauy thai or MMA. Beginners classes. Cheers.

Where in the southeast?
Waterford has Ganbaru Jiu Jitsu Academy and Team Ryano MMA. Located in unit 19b Six Cross Roads Business Park.
For Muay Thai there's Waterford Muay Thai in the Lacken Road Business park.
