cartridges for printers & recommended printers

Hi I bought a Lexmark P4330 a number of years ago in Lidl. Seems to be hard to source these cartridges now locally to me in Bray now. It was in the attic but switches on. Need to start working from home this week, so am I better off to buy a wireless printer in Argos? Where else might I look?
