O Sullivan's hollyhill, they also have a shop just below the new Mc Donalds in Turners cross.

seperate place, I dont know the name, but their the 1th building on the left in North point buisness park, massive show room and range. (Off the Mallow road)

But there's literally tons of shops out there.
Obviously don't go for the cheapest product.

I found M.D. O'Sheas in Ballincollig goo. They have regular sales and promotions so you could well save then.

    Thanks for the suggestions lads.

A guy at work was saying Right Price Tiles is another good option - anyone here any experience of their flooring?

Whatever you do, don't buy the underlay from the flooring crowd, it nearly always cheaper to get it from woodies or bnq.

Cork Builder Providers in Blackpool have some there as well (in the middle of doing the master bedroom with stuff gotten there)

And buy panels with the V-Fuge (sorry, know only the German name). They will age much better.

We used them for Quick-Step laminate and I'd reccomend them. They're quite competitive and resolved a few minor problems (random bubble, a scuff) quickly without any hassle. Easy to deal with too, no nonsense.

When measuring for a room, and say dimensions are 4m x 3m = 12sqm, should I be looking to buy 14sqm in case of screw-ups/offcuts ?

The places I went seem to allow 5% for laminate , 10% for tiles.

So far in my research for doors, laminate etc, I've been to IKEA, CBP and Express Kitchens (O'Sullivan's Hollyhill). The one thing that struck me in O'Sullivans was not one price on view ! I was almost afraid to ask :) and no came up to see if I had any questions. Big showroom space though, and lots of ideas. CBP had a small showspace but prices on view everywhere and the staff were very helpful. Ikea was overwhelming, but looks to be very reasonable.
