Can All 4 app be watched at lower broadband speed like Netflix?

Hi downloaded All 4 app onto my tablet, to watch latest ch4 tv. Doesn't seem to be a setting to allow u to watch at a slower broad band rate, to save your allowance quota. Anyone know can I change that?
