    Alternatively you could put your phone up on a shelf out of reach before you hop into bed! Works well for me when I know I've an important alarm to make!

    I went to collect this in Galway yesterday and the guy behind the counter tried to charge me full whack

    Suffice to say he got his answer as I had the email with the correct price

    Unperturbed by his unwillingness to get my bargain I went outside and called customer care team

    Nice lady in the call centre told me to go back into the shop and hand him the phone she told him in no uncertain terms to give me it at €13.45

    It was a small victory but a victory none the less !
