Unsolicited SMS

Not sure if this is the right forum.... I just received an unsolicited SMS, but it comes up with a name(presumably of a business or a scam). Its not one of my contacts. It references my first name, and includes a URL. I'd like to report it to the Data Protection Commissioner, but how, without a phone number for the sender?

What network are you on? I'd report it to them first.
