    Just posting as there is a fault with EIR TV at the moment

    Getting a message " no subscription...."

      Just to save anyone spending 20 minutes on hold

    Eir aware of problem and actively trying to resolve

    Put box in deep sleep and try to reconnect

    Just came back for me .

    couldn't find any info online was on hold for ages too!

    I'm sorry to hear this. I would recommend to anyone who is experiencing an issue with their eir tv to contact the technical team & troubleshooting the issues you are experiencing.
