    Aha! Hopefully that’s where I was going wrong as I never filled in the box ip, the boss is watching I’m a celebrity so I’ll have to wait till tomorrow to try it, thanks lads as always

    Actually that IP is the IP of the allowed client, and is only required when you have " host allow" enabled. With this "disabled" you don't need any IP, it will appear on any device on your local network. After any change you must save, they should take effect. No harm to go back an press Green to run.

    can some one help my box wont let me access menu or epg the screen zooms in can i load a back up on boot from hdd

    Works on the Edision os mini/mega. The amiko/sab aren't able for it

    I was told [font=Calibri, sans-serif]sab titan 3 with IPTV app (stalker) allows saorview/freesat/iptv on the 1 box?[/font]

    the xc plugini use yes i have them 3 and more on my amiko alien 2

    If you're internet connection is working it may be the skin. Some skins weren't set up properly so you cannot see the plugins when they download, if that's the case you will know by changing to another skin temporarily.

    I found that happened occasionally on openVix which is why I swapped for openATV

    Download the prefered Enigma2 image
    Extract the image to a USB stick’s root directory
    This should result a “Enigma2” folder on the usb stick, which contains the following two files: “e2jffs.img” & “uImage”
    Power the receiver Off with the main power switch
    Plug In the USB Stick
    Power ON the receiver while holding the OK button on the front panel
    Release the OK button when FORC appears on the receiver’s LED display
    Press and release the > on the front panel (FACT shall appear on the LED display)
    Press OK to start the upgrade process
    If the upgrade started, the receiver displays the process of the upgrading: U001
    After the upgrade process is finished, the receiver will start E2 automatically.
    Plug out USB and reboot.

    How long does flash take? Also box front panel is t0 flashing is that right it's 15 mins now

    'to' flashing means it cant find the files. Make sure USB is formatted to fat32 and that the file folder names are exactly as shown with no spaces or other characters. Folder should be 'enigma2' lowercase without quotes of course. Make sure you have the right image for your make/model of box.

    If that doesn't work then flash with the spark plugin. Check post #1 of the old thread

    It didn’t agree with me when I changed the skin, not sure if anyone on here has changed from the default metrix skin but the sly skin definitely used to slow Hyperion down as well

    I like the 'vali flex' HD skin and find it well behaved.

    I'd also be interested to know how you get on with openATV compared to vix.

    change as little as possible is usually the best way with the images

    did u load cache flush and run it ?

    Vix4 image is poor and crashs a lot more than open atv
