Apologies if a thread has already started. 24 weeks to go until Berlin so it's time for me to get my backside into gear and come up with a plan. Thinking of doing the P&D 55m advanced marathon plan again, it served me well in Chicago 2016 for my PB of 3.09. Under 3hrs is the dream but under no illusions it might be easier…
