How to change bank

    What would I need to close my account and move money ect to another bank? Not impressed

    Thanks ill have to sort it on Monday, refused a loan as to why I'm unsure,never have i had a loan before , there's always the amounts to cover the loan paid into my account weekly for the last 2 years , at that its not even a very large loan
