    Hi

    I bought spring roll wrappers today in an Asian shop and was going to try to make a batch tonight

    Was going to use Chichen as a filling but am looking for recommendations on veg and dipping sauces.

    Am gonna use shredded carrots and spring onion as fillers....

    Any good tips???? Can I freeze them?????
