Hi guys, Have a Nikon 35mm 1.8 with an autofocus problem. Sometimes works okay, other times there is no movement. Lastly, less frequently there is a whiny motor noise and movement. Hi guys,

Have a Nikon 35mm 1.8 with an autofocus problem. Sometimes works okay, other times there is no movement. Lastly, less frequently there is a whiny motor noise and movement. If autofocus does lock on, photos do not come out sharp - focal point is not where I had expected.

Manual focus seems to work okay but not practical to use often. Other lenses working fine on my D5200.

Is it worth repairing and if so is there somewhere in Dublin that could do it?
