Does anyone know what is going on at the old cottage bar in lower Salthill? There is scaffolding up and a delivery of concrete blocks outside. The terrace of houses next to it seem to be undergoing renovations too. I cant seem to find any planning applications online for this. Are they converting it to apartments or…
