Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Council House

Hi, sorry if this is the wrong forum.

Myself and my partner's rent has gone up quite a lot recently. My partner's parents have asked if we would like to move into the house with them. We don't plan to stay there for very long, just until we can save some money.

We would like to do this legally so we are wondering if this would actually be allowed by the council? We both work full time so we know the rent would go up quite a good bit, which we have no problem with. We would obviously notify the council.

Just seeing if anyone has any experience of this. Thanks.

I went out to council office and added my partner they gave me a form to fill out wanted payslips and a declaration form to be signed and stamped at tax office that he has not previously claimed income relief in respect of interest paid on money borrowed to purchase or build a house
