Private insurance on a commercial van

Hi all, Posting this for my dad, he has private insurance on his commercial van with an insurer. As usual there was a nice hike in the insurance this year so we are ringing around for a better deal. Can anyone recommend an insurer who will do private insurance on a commercial van at a good rate? Cheers.
