    Just looking for a rough idea! House appears to be in good condition, no dampness etc. But very old fashioned!!

    Was thinking of attic conversion with 2 kids bedrooms and shared shower-toilet, construction of stairs!

    Ground floor-Change to L-shaped living-kitchen open plan with steps going down into living area keeping original fire place(pot-belly). Master suite on ground level with walk-in wardrobe & ensure.
