    Hi,
    I have a friend who wants to build a pc for Video Editing.
    Got him to fill out the list. Any​ recommendations and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Going to help him put it together.

    1. What is your budget? €1000

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? Video Editing

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows? No

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? No

    5. Do you need a monitor? Yes

    5a. If yes, what size do you need. Preferably 27/28"

    6. Do you need any of these peripherals? Wireless Card
    Would be good. Also dvd writer

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking? No

    8. How can you pay? Credit Card

    9. When are you purchasing? Asap

    10. If you need help building it, where are you based? No

    Talking to friend since. To improve build, monitor is taken out of budget here. So it €1000 to make the best possible pc for Video editing. It's been a while since I've looked at components. Would the new ryzen CPUs be the way to go.
    Also noticed ram is very expensive at moment. Would ideally like 32gb but would 16gb be sufficient.

    A 1700 is 335? Its only a few euro dearer and its within your budget. This would make sense especially if you get it with a b350 board.

    I can get almost the same build from Amazon for close to same price. I'm thinking if anything is faulty returns will be easier?
