    Hi jono,

Our 166m2 raft foundation came to €28k. Weather added on a few k though as it added to the build time a fair bit.
Im self building so was all done by sub contracting the work. If the ground is good to you expect to pay 5k less id say.
    We are building in rosscahill.

    Hope this helps

    Hi

It's everything we paid to get from breaking ground to the finished poured raft! All concrete, steel, radon barrier, digging, moving dirt, stone fill, shuttering materials, fuel, roller hire, digger hire, wacker hire, wages, etc. It's alot, allthe small things are hard to account for. But it's all do-able and if you have very competent contractors Itl help a lot.
You'll be grand. Lots of stuff can go on builders providers' credit accounts so gives you leeway with cash.
    Eric
