I read somewhere that Ursus Martimus was the Latin for polar bear and thought it sounded cool. Unfortunately someone else had already hogged that username on boards - they posted about twice and fecked off years ago. So I went with the Latin for a grizzly bear. Not that I'm bitter over it or anything...

I like classic cars & sometimes read the histories of the companies that made them.

A brash fast-talking American called Filmer M Paradise was BMC's (later British Leyland's) sales director.

Such an improbable name stuck in my mind & I remembered it when I reged on here.
