How much do my staff cost?

Just trying to do some projections here and want to make sure I have this correct? When working out what my staff cost me on an average week am I correct in saying: (Basic wage x 1.1075 PRSI x 1.107 (20 Days Holidays + 8 Bank Holidays)) divided by 52?
