Eir logon issues

Hi, I can't log on to my Eir account. I haven't logged on in a long time, but I have a pic on my phone of my SIM card from the day it arrived with the PIN on it, and tried that and it won't work. I also tried my current PIN, the only other one I ever use, and that won't work either. There isn't any "Forgot password"…
