Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Problems with my current bank account

    Hi,
I have the following weird situation. I've opened bank account six month ago. I didn't have proof of address at that moment, so they said that I need to provide my proof during the nearest month so they won't close my account. I brought my proof in two weeks after that, also sent an email to the gentleman who opened my account confirming that I left all the details for him at the branch. He called me back and confirmed that everything is okay. But few days ago I received an official letter from bank saying that I need to provide my proof of address (again?) immediately otherwise my account will be closed. I went to my local branch in Galway and asked them to resent the proof to Dublin again. Now I just want to make sure that my documents were received and everything is okay. I've sent an email to this gentleman again but he hasn't answered yet. Can you please check that my account is okay now and the document were received or how can I do it in other way?
Thanks you very much in advance.
