Problems with cycling ireland website

Trying to access www.cyclingireland.ie and getting the following error Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80004005' Cannot open database "cyclingirelandnew" requested by the login. The login failed. /index.asp, line 8 And it's back.

Try trying to contact them, 5 days waiting for a bloody response by email, and they don't even answer the phone!
