Hi, I'm looking for some advice regarding treating a reclaimed pine floor.

I've been told use Osmo oil by person and Translac varnish by another.

There is no perfect finish. Some are very expensive. I would use about three coats of polyurethane - it will mellow to a honey colour with time which I like.
