Well, I believe that in the original series, there was one episode for each day of the war!
So the rebooted version would probably only run for about 14 episodes max!

Seems you're even more confident than the 3 week "cakewalk" in Iraq in 2003 or the "mop-up" in afghanistan that's entering it's 17th year.

    There will be no war
Trump is a spoofer,a symptom of half america’s Population being angry and frankly daft
    It’s unlikely he’ll get a 2nd term
    Fool me once etc

Meanwhile nearly all of North Korea’s people are oppressed or starving and none of them have a vote to do what the Americans will do to their Pres and turf him out
This mantra going about calling Trump a bigger loon than Mr Kim is just nonsense
He’s just an egomaniac and a buffoon

North Korea should not have Nukes
They should be annexed by China and let that be the end of it
A squad of Chinese elite troops would have Kim and co in Beijing in no length

Isn't annexing another country or a part of it illegal and can result in external sanctions and/or war?

If it goes nuclear, you can count the time in hours, not years!

Can't find the emoji where the wee icon is laughing so much, that it's crying at the same time, but this is very funny indeed. :pac:

No idea what you would be laughing at. He's not wrong. Just look at the news(Not CNN or the usual players). The US and allies are antagonizing North Korea every day.

It's not that difficult to see.

    Won't happen.

The Trump administration is seeking US$4bn in emergency spending to pay for urgent missile defence improvements to counter the nuclear threat from North Korea.

Satellite imagery showing "significant activity" at North Korea's main nuclear test site according to reports. Doubt it's environmental work ;)

Kim wants to try upstage the great pumpkin's visit to the peninsula with a nuke test?

The visit probably antagonized the poor fella. It's not as if the money spent on tests could be diverted to the starving populace or anything.

    And if it doesn't?

Is it a game to you? Why have your Americans consistently lost war after war after war that they seemingly could have settled by just pushing a button?

So if it doesn't go "nuclear" to paraphrase yourself, then I imagine that a war would be "conventional". You anticipate that it will be all over in 14 days? Like Iraq, or Afghanistan, or Vietnam?

Can you tell how you know this?

I sometimes have employees come to me with a recommendation and I tell them to go away and come back with a full project plan. A goal, a strategy, contingencies in the event of possible delays, etc. Some do, some decide to actually not pursue their idea.

If someone like you who can't put together a plan where lives are at stake were to approach me, you'd be canned in an hour.

North Korea said to prepare Nuclear test - it would be their 7th. Same site too that the Chinese and Russians are furious about because contamination is going over the borders.

    But Trump's in town!

This thread title really needs to change. It's like a WW2 thread being called "Germany invades Poland."

It's more akin to a tabloid newspaper headline. Full of exaggeration to catch people's attention.

So is building pretend islands in the South Chima seas in order to facilitate a bit of international claim jumping.

I fail to see the connection with what you've written and the suggestion by the poster that China should annex North Korea or part thereof.

And in all those 7 months, there has been no preemptive strike. Case closed.

It seems you are not familiar with the 1994 framework agreement for North Korea to cease and desist from all aspirations to nuclear armament. North Korea adhered religiously to the letter and spirit of the agreement. It was the US who repeatedly broke their promises and betrayed the deal until it was worthless. A few short years later George W Bush called North Korea part of an axis of evil.

With Trump pulling out of the Paris Climate Agreement and doing his utmost to trash the Iranian nuclear deal to the absolute dismay of world leaders it doesn't take a genius to see that the US just don't keep their word. A child could see it. Why would anyone trust them or enter into any kind of agreement with them with their track record of double-crossing?

North Korea showed they were open to diplomacy, negotiations and peace. The US scuppered any such eventuality because they want war.

Hi re-reg. Just today Trump has urged NK to come to the table for talks, with x3 carrier groups on their doorstep it might be an idea for Kim to make an effort and agree to take a seat?

DT even sent Dennis Rodman (ok, not an idea choice) with a book gift. Whilst Kim sent back different gifts at altitude, towards Japan. Things have got so bad folks such as Ireland's transport minister is tweeting about it, while Joe and Jane can't get even get on their train or bus on time.

Might also be an idea for NK not to offer to sink Japan, (and destroy many other countries). Only last month they sent a confusing letter to Australia asking to be friends, not long after threatening them, also with destruction.

Bloomberg HD ran a story that Don [off the record] mentioned he planned a surprise visit to the DMZ. Sometime later the "surprise visit" was cancelled [on the record] by a staffer. Bloomberg didn't mention the name of the staffer. It's entirely possible it was a fake story or an off the cuff remark by Don done to gain attention.

Landed in waters close to Japan.

Maybe that ban last week's nationwide on 'drinking and singing' has resulted in someone getting bored, and flicking the red switch.
Thought those lads enjoyed a bit of the karaokes now and again.
