Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hello

My brother, who lives in the USA is waiting on a bank transfer that was sent on April 6th from Bank of Ireland.  The money has not gone into his account yet.  He has been in touch with the middle bank, JP Morgan Chase.  They told him that Bank of Ireland should have sent him a swift message which they say they do not have?  Is that a BIC code or is it something else?

    Many thanks

    Hi gonefordust,

Thanks for contacting us on Boards.

Your brother will need to ask the sender of this payment to trace this transfer for him. The sender can request this with us by sending a query on 365 Online Service Desk and the Ask a Question option or by calling BOI Direct on 0818 365365/ +35314044000. This number is available 8am to midnight Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm on weekends and bank holidays.

    Thanks,
    Sarah
