NUIG Postgraduate Waiting List

I have applied for a postgraduate course at NUIG and have been put on a waiting list. I have contacted the university to no avail. I was wondering if anybody was in a similar situation and what the outcome was. Or what is the usual likelihood of being put on a waiting to then actually receiving a place ? :blink:
