Who owns Whelans old quarry at fountain cross

As title say,s who owns Whelens old quarry out by Fountain cross? I've passed out that way a few times recently and who owns it or why nothing is being done there?

NAMA or Bank I'd say. CRH might have picked it up though, they own Ryan's quarry too and Whelan caught Irish Cement for aprox €6m.

CRH own it now, its listed on there end of year report as an asset acquired, will be interesting if it is opened again though as there are large contributions fees (€1 Mill +) owed to the council I understand for any expansion of the operations, as mentioned above CRH also have a stake in Ryans so I'm not sure they will put that at risk unless there is a major upturn in the economy to warrant a 2nd quarry within a few miles of each other.

Road surface in that area is dreadful. Potholes everywhere.
