Claiming tax relief on PRSA contribution

Hi, I just started a PRSA account with Zurich, and am aware you can claim some tax credits for contributions. However, it seems very hard to figure how to go about this. Anyone have any experience / pointers? PAYE Online doesn't allow this as a credit. Any help appreciated!

Is your employer possibly giving you tax relief at source?
