Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Mortgage Saver & Goal Saver Accounts

    Hi,

My wife and I are thinking of opening a Mortgage Saver Account and two GoalSaver accounts and funding them from our Joint Current Account with Bank of Ireland.

I saw in the customer information sheet for the GoalSaver Product that you can have a "maximum of two accounts per customer in sole or joint names".

Does this mean we wouldn't be able to have a Mortgage Saver Account as well or would this be considered a separate account.

    Thank you.

    Hi Carrick1974,

Thanks for contacting us on Boards.

The Mortgagesaver account is a separate account to our Goalsaver account so it would be possible to have both of these accounts open. If we can help you with any other query please let us know.

    Thanks,
    Sarah

Thanks for the speedy response Sarah. By the way does it matter if we fund them from a joint current account.

    Good Afternoon Carrick1974,

You can certainly fund these accounts from joint current accounts.

    Thanks again,
    Elaine
