Council Contribution Fee Kilkenny Area

    Was wondering can anyone tell me from there experience what contribution fees you paid to Kilkenny county council for your build? What size was your build and what area ?

    I looked it up a while back. Depends on your house size:

    Less than 125m2 - €15 per m2
    Between 126 and 200m2 - €18 per m2
    Between 201 and 275m2 - €20 per m2
    Between 276 and 300m2 - €22.50 per m2
    Over 300m2 - €25 per m2

    Looked it up a little while back so hopefully still up to date. Found it on the councils planning page in one of the links.
