Vynl wrapping

I have an old ambulance that was previously vynl wrapped and then covered with lettering (also vynl).

    My questions are
    1. Can I remove the letter and leave the wrap.
    2. Paint over the wrap and if so with what paint.
    3. Put vynl wrap over the existing wrap.

    Thanking you in advance..

You need to speak to a pro. Get in touch with a few local wrapping places and they should be able to tell you.

Boiling water poured over the lettering will allow you to peel letters off without damage to the under wrap.

I use a hot air gun to both apply and remove vehicle and boat decals (€30 in Argos)
