HI we run an events busines, all is good and events are well attended , revenue good etc. Been 4 years in existance and doing most of it ourselves. However events have lots of room for expansion, and we are looking at hiring at least 2 people to help with buillding attendance. these are outdoor fun events and the target would be gyms/ corporate groups/ fitness groups such as parkrun groups etc.
We are based in west of ireland, but the roles are flexible, home based and mainly over phone via email etc.
Any advice on how best to recruit suitable people, thanks in advance for any help. :-)

I'd say the best person to help you out would be someone who's taken or taking part in one of your events. They know your story and like it and probably have the same passion for it as you do. They'd also should be be easy to reach!
