Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Buy To let mortgage minimum amount

    Hi, what is the minimum amount Bank of Ireland will loan on a buy to let mortage. I applied 2 years ago and was told that they don't lend less than 125K. i am currently thinking of applying for 75K

    The minimum mortgage amount for this is €15,000 however it may be possible to take out an Equity Release mortgage from €10,000 if borrowing for home improvements associated with the Government's Home Renovation Incentive Scheme.
