Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi all, applied in branch in bank of Ireland for mortgage last Monday... so 9 days ago. Was told everything looked good. Have deposit; good wages etc etc. And was told that I would find out 'in a week or so' if I was approved. Contacted today to be told again it would be 'around a week' have found a house I love want to put a bid on it but estate agent insisting I'm mortgage approved. How long does this take? Afraid I will love house if I don't bid soon. Any body have experienced with BOI?
