Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Long story short, our business premises has been rented for around 20 years.
The landlord wants to sell and move us out.
There was a lease in place for the first few years but not for the last 17 years or so.

So due to being there so long are we entitles to compensation for being forced to move?
And how do they work out the notice period?

I'm useless at this kind of thing so any advice would be great.
I realise that I should engage a solicitor's service but before I do that I'm just wondering is there any point or are we screwed?

Oh forgot to mention, rent always paid on time and same date every month by cheque.

    thanks in advance. :)
