hi all,

I am investigating buying a house in Dublin city in need of full renovation. I know that each project varies but does anybody have an approximate idea or prior experience to plan the costs?

This is more or less what it would involve:
house of 125 sqm.

3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom

no structural work or knocking/building walls needed

rewiring

replumbing + new boiler + new radiators

new floor

full replaster

insulation

painting full house

The kitchen, bathrooms, windows and doors are a side cost
