Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Urgent : Cant access my account via debit card abroad

    Hi,
    I Cant access my account with my debit card abroad. Im living in New Zealand and all my moey is tied to this one account. Looking for any help to resolve this issue as I have no money and cant withdraw any money from my account.

    Sorry to hear this. Have you received any texts or emails from our card security team? We'd suggest calling Customer Services on 0035314044000 where an adviser can check the status of your card to resolve this.
