getting rid of bloody google play services

Google play services is instantly taking up all the internal memory on my phone. How do I stop it without being able to update apps manually on my phone or screwing something up. Its driving me up the wall. Ive an xperia play. Bloody google nagging a-holes.

I don't think moving apps to SD works in the way it did on Lollipop. On lollipop, you could go to the app settings and select to move to SD. From marshmallow on, you need to format the SD card as internal storage, which is good and bad.

Try to get a device that has 32gb internal storage, if you can.
