Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

I bought tickets last month to fly to Melbourne. I applied for my visa a few weeks ago and got an email instantaneously, and since then nothing. I just re-read the email, and it was actually my visa approval and all I expected to receive.

The email contains an attachment, "Notification of grant of a E-visitor (class TV) eVisitor (subclass 651) visa".

So...is that it? It just feels a little too easy so I am hoping for someone to set me straight - thanks ! :)

Yep. It's that easy. All you have to do is fill out the landing card on the plane.

Just don't do as my mother did last Tuesday and automatically tick yes to everything on her landing card....so she stated she was a convicted terrorist and criminal. Luckily the authorities saw the funny side of it and got her to redo. They also escorted her out in handcuffs to hand over to my aunts meeting her and posed for a picture!
