    Hi. l cancelled my account today and l just want to make sure that its has been done properly by eir staff as by this stage, l don't trust them.
    Also whats happens after l cancelled my account. Do l return eir modem, tv box, will l get an email about the cancellation etc. The person l spoke to about cancelling my account wasn't too sure what happens after. He did give me my UAN no
